Prices, payment and productionApplicable prices, VAT, delivery charges, payment terms, expected production time and other material terms will be stated in the written quotation, order confirmation or checkout before you place an order. Obvious pricing or typographical errors may be corrected before acceptance. Production normally starts only after the agreed payment and final artwork approval.4. Artwork and personalised productsYou confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all artwork, names, logos and other material supplied to us, and that the content is lawful. You are responsible for checking proofs, spelling, dimensions, colours and quantities before approval. Changes after approval may affect price and delivery time.5. Cancellations, returns and defective goodsNothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act or other applicable law. Custom-made or personalised goods may not be returnable merely because you change your mind where a lawful exception applies, but your rights in respect of defective, unsafe or incorrectly supplied goods remain protected.
